Ms. Jennifer Washington

I have served as a public educator for 19 years, teaching in Chicago for 8 years before moving to New Orleans. After settling in the Crescent City, I joined the faculty of Riverdale High School in Jefferson Parish where I served for 10 years as a teacher and administrator. When the opportunity was presented to join the St. Charles Public Schools family, I jumped at the chance. 

I grew up attending public school and have spent my career working in public schools. My commitment to the success of public education reflects my belief that all students deserve a high quality education and the opportunities afforded as a result. In my role as a Dean of School Climate and Student Support, I hope to promote our students' reflective thinking, kindness, responsibility, and impulse control as they strive to be the best versions of themselves and as members of our school community. I hope both parents and students feel free to reach out to me as a resource.

I am excited to serve the ACM community as our students strive for excellence!
